Process:

Introduction & Overview - First we want to get to know you and how you created such a successful business. During this phase of the process, we will meet with you to learn about your company—it’s history, current status, and future prospects, as well as your motivation for selling.

Analysis & Marketing - If you choose to proceed, for a small retainer we will examine your company’s financial statements and create an offering memorandum that tells your company’s story to prospective buyers. Through our analysis, we anticipate questions that could arise during the sale process and help you best position your company to maximize its potential value.

Buyer Management & Negotiation - You still have a business to run, so we provide a buffer between you and potential buyers. We answer their questions and move them through the process, determining a range of how much they are willing to pay before we take up your time with an initial meeting. We advise you through negotiations and due diligence until we receive a letter of intent, and we provide any additional assistance you may need through closing.
