Philosophy

We believe that everyone has the potential to reach their financial goals. But they need organization, planning, and accountability. We listen to our clients, help them fully articulate clear goals, then create an integrated financial plan with measurable objectives.

But we know that financial plans are not created in a vacuum. Life happens, and we are there to tweak the plan as we go. We maintain close relationships with our clients to make sure we know about decisions that will affect their financial lives. We help our clients proactively manage their wealth, make good financial decisions, and keep in line with their long-term financial goals.

The key to this process is collaboration. There are many types of professionals necessary to build a financial team (attorneys, bankers, insurance agents, other investment advisers, etc.), and keeping track of who does what can be overwhelming. But we coordinate with these individuals to make sure that everyone is working together in a way that best serves our clients and helps them attain their financial goals.

As a part of our client experience, we make sure that people we work with fully understand their financial plan because, in addition to being an adviser, we also want to be an educator. We find that knowledge empowers and encourages our clients to keep making good financial decisions while also taking away fear and anxiety.

Pricing

Planning fees are our only source of compensation. We do not sell products to our clients or seek management fees from investment accounts. We specialize in creating personalized, integrated financial plans that range in price from $3,000 to $10,000, depending on the complexity of the client situation. Half of this first year fee is paid before we begin work, and the remainder is paid over the following three quarters. The second year fee is half of the first year's paid quarterly.

In addition, we work with some clients on a project by project basis for a flat fee. For example, we can help clients create a budget that reflects their lifestyle and allows them to save while also meeting current financial obligations. This type of arrangement generally includes two meetings and has a price of $1,500.

Josh Norris, CPA, CFP, Managing Member

Josh started his career with Ernst & Young in Memphis. In 2010, he bought a small accounting firm in Jackson, Mississippi and moved back to his hometown. Over the next few years, he developed the firm into a more narrowly focused tax practice and began expanding the client base and tax services. Through building relationships and serving clients, Josh began to see a need for more than just tax planning. As a result, he obtained the Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation and created LeFleur Financial to better serve his clients.
